The establishment of reflexology as a recognised method for strengthening the body and mind, characterises the services offered by the Institute for Reflexology & Relaxation. Through the two central areas of training and seminars, you have the opportunity to pursue individual training and further education.

Reflexology Training Courses
Level 1 – Wellness, relaxation, prevention, and basic knowledge for therapists
Seminar venue: I currently run these training seminars on request from a group or individual participants. The venue will then be chosen accordingly
In the first level of training, we work exclusively according to the principle of salutogenesis, namely strengthening what is healthy

Payment of the total course fee of €2,355 (for early booking) can be made in advance with a 3% discount (€2,284), per course, or in instalments to be agreed.

In the second level of training, symptom-oriented approaches are taught, amongst other things.
